there’s special magic when a child tells a story of their own invention. the kids direct film festival will empower colorado kids to bring their own stories to life on the big screen, starring exclusively their own stuffed animals and toys. local families will be set up with everything they need to plan and produce their project, as well as participate on the day. the kid-directors will unlock the powerful lifelong understanding that everything that they see in the world around them happens because of regular people doing stuff behind the scenes and that now they are those people too.
